That is it? Well its Saturday and when I awoke today this inquiry popped. Im still toying by having an appropriate answer so bear beside me somewhat. Trigger may well be a gruesomely long week ending late Friday night. At the very least. That is it truly?

Now in this world, my standard work week is 50 hours at work, weekends off (fortunately!), another 2 hours on average each and every night so it can add up. Add to that 40% of time spent out from the country I commence to question quality of live. Funds are good so thats a motivator. I really like my job even though it is not that exciting (Im inside the printing industry). Ive got a great boss - truly (rare statement coming from me you have to know) that im encompassed by fabulous, young, energetic, motivated and caring colleagues that really wants to make change. Couldnt be much better right? Well - Furthermore, i deeply love my loved ones. Fabulous wife and wonderful mother to the model daughter whos a model by the way along with a straight Students now finishing her IB. So what exactly is this all about then?
Im complaining!
You know what? After i was fired 2 years back I spent the very best 3 months of my well being - literally - among jobs. I needed cash in the bank - and cash in the notice period. I had to spend only a month to locate a great (better) job therefore i had constantly on the planet to focus on the things I enjoy (my children) and the actions and desires I have been previously so long pushing off. Everyday, when I awaken each day - as well as if my work every day life is as great when i are already attempting to project - I long for these months another.
I recently read a blog, a very depressing one. The point was something similar to - how come we work? We are born, go to school, get degrees, obtain a job and usually (well many of us) make enough money just to cover monthly of expenses then by 65 or so we retire as well as on average we have a several years until we keel over. That is not your life - seriously. Your site stopped short there but was type of arguing that people really should be entrepreneurs. I designed a few comments - no response.

But he/she had a point. The majority of us work to live. We actually dont live to be effective. We never should but that which you Should do is to attempt to change our lives somehow - at all like me - revisit the purpose in life where we felt that life was best, and then there was obviously a healthy balance between work-life, family-life, friends-life etc. in order that we have the qualities - hopefully that every day life is all about.
You understand me by now. Im about change. This is simply not another piece to awake you to definitely think change and do change. No through the you (and that i) to awaken and smell the roses and have - Is that this the very best I can do? - and "is this living I want" - am i going to be at liberty if I, like Im statistically set to become, leave mother earth immediately after retirement (well hopefully not needless to say but many do!).
I say no. Dont accept life because it is! You might be living your lifetime. No-one is living it for you! Take calculated chances - everyone has responsibilities to family, creditors etc. so these chances driven by decisions has to be calculated. Maximize possible outcome and mitigate risk. If you can and youve got the slightest feel and belief that this, if perhaps well, can change your life for the better - well do it!
Just in case you wonder - I would like to change my well being. I dont want to spent 38% of my waking hours working and 21% sleeping (I cant sleep much!). That leaves about 40% time for you to do a few things i love and be with those that I prefer to be with. I prefer my colleagues however i love my family! I would like to change and my plans to create a web business that will turn around enough to create a living for my children and I but permit me to work the amount of time and from the places I selected. Status quo is the fact that Im about 0.02% there so I just have 99.98% to go but reported by users, step one is easily the most difficult one.
Take this as rant from your guy who blows steam or pause for a minute and think: Have you been happy? How can you be?
Have a great weekend - and stay with friends and loved ones!
Nicholas
